The Foundation provides an independent entity to be registered as a charity with the Federal Govenment. It is now registered and can issue chartitable donation receipts for donations receved.

All profits of the Foundation are to be exclusively used for advancing its purposes. There will be no distributions or benefits to its members. Should the Foundation be disbanded, any remaining assets will be transferred to an organization having objectives similar to those of the Foundation, as may be directed by the members at the time.
